Product Manager (EdTech) remotely in Konsol Studio

We are looking for Product Manager, focused on results, not just processes. You know how to prioritize, implement effective solutions and launch products that bring real value to users. We strive to see in the team a person who sees the ultimate goal and does not get lost in the details.

What will you do?

• Develop and launch new EdTech products focused on user needs and the market.

• Work with metrics to achieve specific results (user base growth , NPS, monetization).

• Quickly test hypotheses and test ideas.

• Understand customers: conduct research, collect feedback, and implement improvements that impact the bottom line.

• Interact with a team of developers, designers and marketers for effective product implementation.

• Track trends in EdTech and offer innovations that differentiate the product in the market.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience as a Product Manager (from 2 years), preferably in EdTech, SaaS or related fields.

• Ability to work with metrics and analytics (know what DAU, LTV, Retention, CAC, ROI are).

• Orientation on the result: your main question is "What effect will it give?"

• Ability to quickly adapt, make decisions and take responsibility for the product.

• Strong communication skills: you know how to interact with different teams and justify your decisions.

• Knowledge of tools: Jira, Figma, ProductBoard, Amplitude or similar.
