Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for a Product Manager (CRO), who will help improve the performance of the websites and Viber/Telegram mini-apps we work with.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This is a complex product with many legal and technical limitations, so conversion work here is not about changing button colors — it requires deep thinking about user flows, data, and user behavior. This role is for someone who enjoys complex problems, experimentation, structured thinking, and rapid hypothesis testing.  

OBJECTIVES:

  • Hypothesis Generation & Prioritization. Develop, validate, and prioritize CRO hypotheses based on data insights, behavioral analytics, and user research.
  • A/B Testing Management. Plan and execute A/B tests in VWO, define success metrics, prepare experiment specs, monitor sample quality, assess statistical significance, and make rollout/rollback decisions.
  • User Flow Design & Optimization. Design and optimize critical user flows, including checkout, login, age verification, and PLP/PDP interactions.
  • Funnel Visualization & Analytics Collaboration. Work with the analyst to visualize key funnels, create GA4/Looker dashboards, analyze drop-offs, and track performance shifts.
  • Technical Specification Writing. Prepare clear and detailed technical requirements for developers, including logic descriptions, UI/UX expectations, edge cases, and behavior scenarios.
  • User Journey Audits & Problem Identification. Conduct audits of current user journeys, identify friction points, and propose legally compliant improvements.
  • Experiment Documentation & Knowledge Management. Document experiment results, maintain a structured knowledge base, and standardize CRO approaches and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, with a strong understanding of conversion drivers and experimentation.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (VWO preferred; Optimizely or any other tool will be a plus).
  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, and BigQuery.
  • Strong understanding of user flows and behavioral patterns, especially checkout, login, and verification journeys.
  • Ability to write clear and structured technical specifications for development teams.
  • Experience with funnel analysis and behavioral tools (heatmaps, session replay).
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Analytical & communication skills, attention to detail & risk Awareness, proactivity & adaptability.
  • English - Intermediate, Ukrainian – fluent.
