Product manager (cosmetics, beauty) in Mermade

We are a manufacturing company that creates quality cosmetics with love for details and people. We are developing our own brands, growing, launching new products and looking for a Product Launch Manager to help our ideas transform. on successful products - from formula to shelf.

Your role

You are the person who sees the product holistically: from the first idea to the moment when it ends up in the hands of the client. You will work closely with technologists, marketers, designers and manufacturing to create products that the company can be proud of. 700">Development and launch of products

• creation of new product concepts, participation in verification, testing and approval of formulas;
• setting of technical tasks for technologists, control of development to the reference sample;
• search and ordering of containers, accessories, packaging (in Ukraine and abroad), coordination of printing of labels and boxes;
• calculation of cost, agreement of prices and volumes of the first batch with management.

Analytics and strategy

• analysis of the market, competitors, trends and consumer insights;
• participation in the formation of product strategy and brand development plans;
• evaluation of product performance, assortment control, position rotation;
• analysis of commercial indicators and complaints, preparation of reports to management.

Communication and coordination

• interaction with all departments: marketing, production, purchasing, warehouse, sales;
• coordination of marketing materials, visuals, training materials for the team;
• organization of client and consumer testing, collection and analysis of feedback;
• participation in negotiations with partners, exhibitions and brand presentations.

We are looking for a person who has:

• experience in product or brand management (preferably in FMCG or cosmetics);
• understanding of the processes of product development, production and marketing;
• system planning skills, analytical thinking and attention to details;
• creativity, initiative and love for the product you work with.
