We are looking for a Product Manager, who is ready to work in a dynamic environment, to develop new products and grow with us.

This is a role for a person who combines creative thinking with a practical approach, knows how to turn ideas into finished products and sees the market through the eyes of the consumer.

Your tasks:

• Market analysis and identification of current trends in the cosmetics industry industry
• Initiation and development of new product concepts, preparation of technical tasks
• Coordination of production processes with various contractors and suppliers
• Control of all stages of product creation: from formula development and testing to packaging design and production
• Planning new product launches and managing timelines
• Interaction with manufacturers, suppliers raw materials and packaging
• Monitoring the performance of products after entering the market, collecting feedback and suggestions for improvement

We expect:

• Experience in the position of Product Manager / project coordinator / brand manager from 2 years
• Understanding the stages of bringing a new product to the market
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and effectively set priorities
• System thinking, attention to details and results orientation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Responsibility, proactivity, ability to think in several steps forward
