Experience inFintech Industry: The candidate should have asolid background inthe fintech ormarketing domains, preferably with experience working onproducts related tobanking, payments, lending, orfinancial technology solutions. 2. Product Management Experience: Aproven track record ofsuccessful product management, including experience indeveloping and launching fintech products from ideation tomarket release. 3. Leadership Skills: Ability tolead cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders inthe development and execution ofproduct strategies. 4. Strategic Thinker: Capable ofdeveloping and articulating aclear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and market trends. 5. Market Analysis: Proficiency inconducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback toidentify market opportunities and drive product improvements. 6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills tointerpret data and metrics, derive insights, and make informed decisions tooptimize product performance and user experience. 7. Technical Aptitude: Understanding oftechnology fundamentals and ability tocollaborate effectively with technical teams totranslate product requirements into technical specifications. 8. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills toeffectively communicate product strategies, priorities, and updates tointernal teams, executives, and external stakeholders. 9. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills toaddress complex challenges and adapt tochanging market dynamics while maintaining focus ondelivering value tocustomers. 10. Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding ofcustomer needs and preferences, with afocus ondelivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 11. Bachelor’s Degree: Abachelor’s degree inbusiness, finance, computer science, orarelated field, with additional certifications oradvanced degrees being aplus. 14. 5years experience inProduct management/ Business analyst position. 15.
