We are looking for a Product Manager who will take responsibility for the most difficult and important stage of the customer experience - working with deviations. You will build a system that turns negative experiences (delays, damage or losses) into loyalty through fast communication, transparency and instant compensation.
What you will do:
- Form the mission, vision and strategy, the vision of how the company should communicate with the customer in case of problems.
- Optimize the Customer Journey.
- Research the "pains" of customers in stressful situations and create products that soothe and give a sense of control.
- Work with data.
- Analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage roadmap.
- Prioritize features, prepare BRD/PRD and coordinate development of complex integrations.
- Influence cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with development team, designers, and stakeholders.
What we expect:
- From 3 years in the position of Product Manager in complex IT products.
- Ability to analyze complex cases into algorithms and turn them into understandable customer scenarios.
- Ability to build hypotheses based on the cost of errors and the level customer loyalty.
- Ability to listen to the customer in a conflict situation and offer a solution that exceeds expectations.
