Product Manager (Communication & AI Platform) in Nova poshta

We are looking for a Product Manager, who will lead the development of the company's communication products. We are building not just a chat, but a full-fledged interaction platform where every delivery participant - from the sender to the courier - has a convenient, fast and convenient communication channel.

You will lead the development of a unique product that is at the intersection of several key areas:

• C2C/B2C: ensuring direct and secure communication between the sender and recipient.
• B2C: building an intelligent channel of interaction between the client and the company at various points and stages of delivery.
• Internal: creating effective work tools for operators and internal services.

Your task is to combine these vectors into a single stable platform, where AI helps automate actions, and the architecture allows millions of users to communicate without barriers. 

What you will do:

• Design and develop products. 
• Form a vision and strategy for the development of communication and support products.
• Analyze the market, competitors and benchmarks. 
• Research existing solutions to identify growth points and product development.
• Research user behavior. 
• Conduct and participate in user interviews, usability testing.
• Implement tools to improve Customer Experience.
• Work with data. 
• Analyze metrics and make decisions based on numbers.
• Manage roadmap and backlog. 
• Prioritize features, prepare BRD, PRD and control development deadlines.
• Work closely with development team, designers and stakeholders.

What we expect:

• From 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Manager in complex IT products.
• Understanding AI/ML working principles.
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions, build hypotheses.
• Knowledge of the basics of UX, the ability to identify the main pain points in the user journey and propose ideas for their improvement.
• Communication, the ability to explain complex technical things in simple business language.
• Understanding how APIs, webhooks and the architecture of client-server solutions work.

Will a bonus:

• Experience in developing and scaling (or implementing) communication aggregation systems (Omnichannel platforms), similar to Intercom, Zendesk.
