Your area of ​​responsibility: Develops a strategy for the development of trusted brands. Forecasts sales of approved drugs in monetary and physical terms. Conducts the necessary research to determine potential market opportunities, confirm the correctness of the chosen strategy and tactics for product promotion, participates in focus groups. Analyzes the competitive environment taking into account changes and trends that occur in the pharmaceutical market, namely in the price policy, marketing activity of competitors. Organizes the process of training the company's medical representatives for product promotion campaigns. Develops and manages programs for the formation of demand and sales promotion. Plans the budget of marketing expenses for product promotion, manages and is responsible for the effectiveness of its use. Organizes processes aimed at creating and maintaining contacts with opinion leaders, analyzes the effectiveness of implementation of promotion programs. To successfully solve tasks, you will need: Higher education (medical/pharmaceutical). Experience in a similar position with Rx drugs from 2 years. Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above. Willingness for business trips (up to 30% of working time). Team player, has good communication skills, focus on results.
