Main requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience in banking, Fintech or payment systems, with a focus on card transactions
• Ability to structure chaos, work with large amounts of data
• Skills in writing business requirements, Roadmap and MVP formation
• Proactiveness, ability to argue your point of view, ability to work multitask and be a team player

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro/Figma
• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban)
