Main responsibilities:

• Business cabinet product development;
• Product creation, improvement and support, taking into account the company's strategy.
• Making strategic decisions regarding functionality and directions of product development.
• Communication with related departments, resolving conflicts of priorities.
• Product RoadMap management, backlod formation and management and CJM.
• Formation of users stories, use cases, requirements, specifications and documentation.
• Setting and monitoring the execution of tasks.
• Conducting A/B testing, working with RFM segmentation.
• UX/UI improvements on trusted products.
• Improve product/business metrics.
• Regular monitoring of competitors' products in order to identify their competitive advantages and form their own.
• Monitor product performance, improve conversion.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, work experience product management using technologyologies for creating effective and convenient self-service systems;
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and negotiation experience;
• Practical experience in consolidating and prioritizing requirements from various sources, attention to detail, ability to effectively gather and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
• Analytical skills, understanding of key product and business metrics;
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (GA4, Hotjar, Tableau), Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) ;
• Experience of working within the Agile/Scrum development process, the ability to switch from Agile frameworks to classic product management methods and vice versa.
