We are looking for a Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong healthcare experience who combines product thinking, delivery accountability and analytical expertise. The ideal candidate works at the intersection of business, customer and technical teams and ensures effective implementation of healthcare initiatives, achievement of business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead product or project initiatives from Discovery to Delivery, ensuring deadlines, scope and quality are met;
Translate business requirements into clear action plans, user stories and technical specifications for cross-functional teams;
Work closely with customers, stakeholders and internal teams in the US, Canada and EU to align priorities and achieve project goals results;
Ensure project compliance with HIPAA requirements and best practices in EMR/EHR workflows and health data management;
Constantly improve the delivery processes and propose solutions to improve the performance of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead product or project initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are met;
Translate business requirements into actionable plans, user stories, and technical specifications for cross-functional teams;
Collaborate closely with US/Canada/EU-based clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align priorities and drive project outcomes;
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in EMR/EHR workflows and healthcare data management;
Continuously improve delivery processes, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
Required skills:
3+ years in Product Management, Delivery Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles in software or medical device environments;
Experience leading initiatives from discovery to delivery, managing scope, priorities, timelines, and risks;
Strong product thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable increments;
Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams, including US-based clients;
Practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and adapting processes as needed;
Background in US healthcare and medical devices, with knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements;
Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare data workflows;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
