Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead product or project initiatives from Discovery to Delivery, ensuring deadlines, scope and quality are met;

  • Translate business requirements into clear action plans, user stories and technical specifications for cross-functional teams;

  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders and internal teams in the US, Canada and EU to align priorities and achieve project goals results;

  • Ensure project compliance with HIPAA requirements and best practices in EMR/EHR workflows and health data management;

  • Constantly improve the delivery processes and propose solutions to improve the performance of projects.

3+ years of experience in a software development or medical device role;">

Experience in managing scope, timelines and risks; practical steps;

  • Practical experience of cooperation with cross-functional anddistributed teams, including clients from the USA;

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate business requirements into actionable plans, user stories, and technical specifications for cross-functional teams;

    • Collaborate closely with US/Canada/EU-based clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align priorities and drive project outcomes;

    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in EMR/EHR workflows and healthcare data management;

    • Continuously improve delivery processes, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.

    Required skills:

    • 3+ years in Product Management, Delivery Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles in software or medical device environments;

    • Experience leading initiatives from discovery to delivery, managing scope, priorities, timelines, and risks;

    • Strong product thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable increments;

    • Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams, including US-based clients;

    • Practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and adapting processes as needed;

    • Background in US healthcare and medical devices, with knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements;

    • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare data workflows;

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

    • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
