Product managerOTC /Rx BU Women`s Health Are Our ideal candidate:

• Understands creation strategy and/or brand promotion;
• Has successful proven experience in launching OTC/Rx products for at least 2 years;
• Loves and knows how to develop advertising campaigns;
• Has expertise in P&L budget management for the assigned portfolio;
• Results-oriented, communicative, proactive, flexible.

Functional responsibilities:

• Ensuring the achievement of planned indicators monthly, quarterly, annually;
• li>Development of brand promotion strategy and tactics (segmentation, segment assessment, targeting, positioning);
• Development of sales budget (profit and expense), sales forecasting;
• Launch, evaluation of effectiveness and management of digital campaigns;
• Working with opinion leaders;
• Planning and organization of marketing events;
• Development of promotional materials;
• Planning, development and conducting promotional activities aimed at key CAs in promotion of brands;
• Development and implementation of the foreign service training system;
• Management of the cost of goods trusted direction through product life cycle management;
• Coordination of activities of units in the product value creation stream to achieve profitable growth and value growth;
• Constant search for growth points and their development;
• Planning promotional activity, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation by medical representatives and CAMs for the implementation of the sales plan.
