We are currently looking for a Product Manager (Billing) in the Transformation Office.

For work you will need:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a product manager/ project manager in product companies with confirmation of successfully implemented complex cross-functional projects/creation of cross-functional products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodology, frameworks and practices.
• Understanding the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Problem solving skills with proactive and flexible thinking.
• Experience in process optimization and change management.
• Ability to motivate, guide, coach and encourage a team of engineers.
• Strong communication skills with engineering team and senior management (CIO, CFO, CPO, CEO).

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Execute the roadmap, focusing on achieving the set goals.
• Manage scope, cost, timing, risk, quality and communication.
• Effectively allocate resources, including tools and team members.
• Coordinate product results with stakeholders both within Logistics and with representatives of Holding businesses.
• Quickly solve problems while maintaining the dynamics of the project.
• Delegate tasks to ensure optimal team performance and task completion.
• Coordinate team efforts, promoting collaboration and accountability
• Hold regular meetings to discuss project progress and adjustments
• Adapt development plans as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness

• Ensure completion of all project phases and activities.
• Manage the release and reallocation of project resources
• Archive documentation for future reference and learning.
• Based on product expectations:1. Establish and implement project goals and strategies.
  2. Form a detailed set of specific milestones that will have a defined value.
