Job:Product manager in the farm

Location: Office in Kyiv or Kharkiv (or remotely in other regions until the end of the war)

What will be your responsibilities:

Your main task in this role will be the development and implementation of successful strategies for new and existing company products and all related tasks, as well as participation in team cooperation to expand the product portfolio.

More detailed duties:

1. Market research, analysis of the competitive environment and research of the end user, search for insights, ideas for brand development.
2. Definition of marketing goals.
3. Planning of marketing activities and support of all stages of their implementation.
4. Positioning of products, together with the designer to create brand identities.
5. Creation of communication strategies of brands and relevant content.
6. Management of marketing budgets, management of P&L products.
7. Analysis of results and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities.
8. Study of promising products and portfolio development ideas, participation in decision-making regarding them.
9. Training of medical representatives.
10. Communication with thought leaders and key partners.
11. Development of advertising materials and campaigns, cooperation with advertising agencies.

What are the requirements for you as candidate:

1. Ability to present complex concepts.
2. Understanding of methods and practical skills of target audience research.
3. Experience in developing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for products aimed at both the physician and the end consumer.
4. Principled ethical position regarding business practices and relationships.
5. Higher degree in medicine or pharmacy (physician or pharmacist).
6. Experience in the position of a product or brand manager in a pharmaceutical company in Ukraine for at least 2 years.
7. Knowledge of the English language will be an additional advantage.
