A pharmaceutical company announces a competition for the position of "Product Manager" in the city of Kyiv.

Requirements:

-higher education (medical, pharmaceutical as an advantage);
- successful work experience as a Product Manager or junior Product Manager;                                                                                                               - experience of cooperation with KOL (opinion leaders) on writing articles, holding conferences;                                                                                                                                   -if necessary, willingness to work outside the core functionality to achieve the best results with non-standard solutions;

Responsibilities:

-development and implementation of a strategy for promoting products on the market in order to implementation of the sales plan;

-development of promotional materials for products (postcards, banners, souvenir products, etc.);

-identification of the target audience and drawing up a plan of visiting activities for medical representatives;

-cooperation with opinion leaders on conducting research, writing articles and their publication;

-organization and participation in specialized conferences, seminars, symposia, etc.;

-creating competitive segments for each product and analysis of market segments;

-training and evaluation of knowledge on products of employees of the foreign service, training in correct work with products during visits;

-ensuring correct and timely management of document management contracts with counterparties (printing houses, advertising agencies, etc.);

- sales stimulation through cooperation with key customers regarding product application issues; cooperation with medical representatives on double visits; 

-careful planning and spending of the budget for events, meetings and other relevant expenses that contribute to return on investment and increase sales.

Working conditions:

-5- full-time working week;
-official employment according to KZPP;
-rate corresponds to the average level in the pharmaceutical market (discussed at the interview).
