Product Manager (Artificial Intelligence) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for the first AI Product Manager for one of our businesses - Liven .

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the daily lives of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional state. 

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business in early 2023 and have already proven its success — we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling, expanding the team from 3 to 35 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team. 

At Liven, we challenge traditional notions of linear career paths by encouraging each new team member to drive their own initiatives outside of their field.

What will you do in the role AI Product manager:

— Together with the team, build new directions in the product, tangential to AI and processes in them;
— Research and optimize the user journey for improvement user experience;
— Control the product development process at all stages from idea to analysis;
— Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.

What important to us:

—Must-have: At least 2+ years of work experience, deep passion for building user-centric products;
— The skill is systematic approach to problem solving - look for the cause of the problem, break it down into small components and form a solution; Tableau, Power BI, or others);
—Ability to take responsibility and complete tasks 'from 0 to 1';
—High level of motivation and desire development;
—English language proficiency: from Upper Intermediate (B2);

Nice-to-have: Passion and experience in one or more of the following areas: Generative AI, AI Application Frameworks & SDK, ML/AI Observability and Evaluations.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces . Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.

We plan to further develop product IT businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine
