Product manager in Vetfaktor

The company VETFAKTOR LTD was established in 2012, with the aim of providing qualified consultations and providing livestock farms with veterinary drugs for the treatment and prevention of animal diseases.  

We have an expanded portfolio of veterinary drugs from global manufacturers such as Hipra, Invesa-Livisto, IDEXX, Biokorm and others. 

Our team is highly qualified specialists who are united by the common goal of providing qualified assistance to doctors of enterprises and providing quality products to support the veterinary sector of Ukraine. 

We invite the cooperation of a Product Manager.

Duties to be performed

Clear and timely implementation of set plans and tasks ;
Analysis of the Ukrainian veterinary drugs market (volume, competitors, customer needs, trends, development forecasting);
Comprehensive analysis of own products (SWOT analysis, campaign book, development strategy);
Creation presentations, campaigns, product strategy and advertising materials (TK for the designer) based on analysis aimed at planned planned sales figures;
Interaction with the sales department (training - product presentation, information and technical support, further work with objections);

Education

Higher education, marketing or economic, medical or veterinary education will be an advantage. Knowledge of the English language will be a plus.

Work experience (period, field, position, duties performed)

Experience as a brand manager, product manager;
Experience in the field of sales of goods or services;
Launching and promoting new products to the market; 
Creation of the product and company brand;
Market analysis, strategic planning and implementation of plans in close cooperation with the sales department;
Training of sales department managers, conducting trainings, conducting certification, testing product knowledge;
br/>Development of drug promotion strategy and company strategy;
Development of promotional materials;
Development of book campaigns.

Knowledge of PC (special programs)

MS office is a must, 1C is desirable, but we will teach you, MS PowerPoint.
We will provide a laptop, a phone.

Professional qualities

Systematic work, good analytical skills, knowledge of the basics of sales, marketing, business language, public speaking, creative approach to work, teamwork.
