Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager. The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement the product component of the project development strategy.

To start cooperation with us, important :

• from 1 year of experience in the position of Product Manager or in a similar position;
• the skill of developing and optimizing the user journey;
• the skill of working with hypotheses and experiments;
• the ability to make decisions based on the analysis of product metrics;
• understanding of the full cycle of web project development;
• experience with Google Workspace: Spreadsheets, Docs, Looker;
• skill in working with task managers (Jira, Trello, Worksection, Asana), etc.;
• understanding of the principles of html, css, php, ci/cd, as well as UI/UX;
• knowledge of management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Agile);
• experience with analytical resources: GA, Clarity, TDS Keitaro and others;
• knowledge and ability to use tools for conducting split tests;
• experience in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team;
• the ability to monitor and analyze the correlation between short-term and long-term goals;
• command of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.

Will be a plus:

• understanding of monetization methods in online affiliate marketing;
• experience working with WordPress at the Admin level;
• understanding of technical SEO and content marketing.

Product Manager in our team will deal with the following tasks:

• development and implementation of the product strategy of the project;
• carrying out research on user needs and determining the pool of user needs and analyzing the results of the research;
• formation of solutions based on defined user problems;
• construction of User Journey and User Flow, as well as Mindmap and MVP (Minimum Viable Product), MLP (Minimum Lovable Product);
• formation and management of Features;
• formation and control of product metrics;
• managementbacklog Features;
• formation of TK and implementation of Features;
• evaluation of results and scaling of successful solutions;
• analysis of project data and construction of predictive models;
• conducting regular reporting on the state of the product.
