About The Role

We’re looking for a driven individual to oversee product development and improve current enhancements. In this role, you will have responsibility for user research, roadmap prioritization, and product execution within a cross-functional team of talented engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketing professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Be a product expert, knowledgeable about each of our distinct products
• Lead in product/user testing
• Lead discussions with department leaders to ascertain and document department product priorities
• Provide the Cater2.me organization with product support on questions, product bugs, and product enhancement suggestions
• Oversee Cater2.me's product service desk
• Lead bug review with the QA team
• Create and manage product documentation, overviews, training materials, and release notes
• Collaborate with marketing to highlight product feature releases
• Help lead in quarterly product prioritization
• Creatively conceive product solutions and draft stories for our engineering team

What You’ll Bring To The Team 

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, consumer tech is a plus
• Willingness and judgment to make hard product prioritization decisions and ability to rapidly learn from mistakes
• Strong data-driven and structured decision-making skill set, capable of problem-solving with incomplete information in ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments to solve problems
• You strive for a better understanding of what it means to meet users where they are
