📌Responsibilities:

• Analyze product lines of educational projects in various niches, as well as product lines of competitors;
• Study and go through the customer journey map) from the moment he saw the ad to the moment he graduated;
• Study product performance analytics;
• Conduct personal and group in-depth interviews with those already in training. The goal is to analyze the pains and needs of our product customers and create new products that will solve these pains and needs;
• Conduct mass surveys;
• Create product concepts and organize the launch of these products (as from the marketing side, as well as from the product side).
