Product manager in NetGame NV

We are actively growing and expanding, having successfully launched and expanded a number of new products over the past year. That is why we are looking for a Business Analyst/Product Manager.

Main requirements:

- Experience with projects in Tier 1 countries: The candidate must have practical experience work with large projects for Tier1.

- Independence: It is important to be able to work autonomously and complete tasks without external supervision.

- Willingness to make decisions: The candidate must be ready to make important decisions and be responsible for them.

- Experience in the development and delivery of features for production: practical experience in the development and implementation of features for production.

- Prototyping skills and the formation of quality tasks for development: The ability to develop prototypes and clearly formulate tasks for developers.

- Basic analytical skills: Data analysis skills and the ability to extract key conclusions from them.

- Intermediate English proficiency: Sufficient English proficiency to work with projects in Tier1.

Evaluation of success:

The success of the candidate will be evaluated according to the following factors:

- Timely delivery of features on prod: It is necessary to deliver the promised features to production on time.

- Quality of proposals: The candidate must be creative and offer more options for corner cases and design adaptations that meet the customer's requirements.

- Autonomy and responsibility: Actively search for solutions and offer options without expecting constant instructions.

- Level of acceptance in the team: The candidate must easily interact with developers, analysts and designers, ensuring effective collaboration.
