A valuable final product is a course that meets the vision of a satisfied client and that really develops employees, scales the business, organized work to create the course so that it consists of:

• Conduct in-depth interviews, collect information, write TOR;
• Creation of training (full cycle of work on the project);
• Development, writing of training programs, creation of methodology;
• Developmentand course concepts and writing texts;
• Cooperation with contractors and formation of technical tasks;
• Technical support of the "Smart Expert" platform and help clients
  interact with it;
• Building close relationships with the client and ensuring effective work
  throughout the period of cooperation with the client.

Important:

• You use AI, maybe ChatGPT, Claude and other services at the basic level;
• You have excellent communication skills, have spoken English not lower than B2, preferably C1, writing not lower than C1;
• Willing to work on American time, which is from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Kyiv time;
• On You with time management, were communicative, corresponded professionally, organized, stress-resistant;
• Had development experience related to business and methodology, You could be a Business coach, Product owner, HRD, Project manager, Head of the copywriting department, we are open to this.

It is also desirable to have:

• Experience in IT;
• Experience in a consulting company;
• Able to work with distance learning platforms (LMS);
• Creation of quality online courses.
