UnderDefense is seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in managing all phases of the product lifecycle within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Product Manager will be responsible for owning features of our products from concept to launch, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams at UnderDefense. This role requires direct reporting to the CEO and hands-on execution across every phase of product ownership. Successful candidates will be able to interface and influence cross-functional teams throughout the company, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and have strong business analysis skills.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Create a compelling, long-term vision for MAXI that ensures a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Establish a clear, data-driven product strategy and roadmap that aligns with customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives to elevate MAXI’s functionality, usability, and overall value proposition.
• Lead strategic initiatives that position UnderDefense as a frontrunner in the cybersecurity industry.

User-Centric Design

• Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle by deeply understanding customer pain points and needs.
• Work closely with the design team to conduct user research, gather insights, and validate design decisions.
• Ensure MAXI is intuitive, user-friendly, and delivers a delightful experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, championing their needs and incorporating feedback into product decisions.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define key metrics to assess MAXI’s performance, user engagement, and overall business impact.
• Utilize data analysis to uncover opportunities for enhancement and validate product assumptions.

Stakeholder Management

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal (e.g., executive leadership, customer success, sales) and external stakeholders (e.g., key customers and partners) to gather insights, understand needs, and ensure the roadmap aligns with broader company goals and market dynamics.
• Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS space.
• Track record of defining and executing successful product strategies that drive tangible business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, and customer satisfaction).
• Experience managing technically complex products.
• Expertise in user research methods, data analysis, and product analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and align them toward common objectives.

• Product intuition with a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
