Product Manager in IS SITI, TOV

We are looking for a Product Manager in our team.

It is important for us:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or System Analyst from 2 years
• Experience in working with stakeholders and complex IT solutions
• Skills in collecting and structuring requirements
• Experience in creating technical specifications and documentation
• Understanding SDLC, PDLC, Agile approaches and working with the backlog
• Experience in conducting presentations and demonstrations of solutions
• Skills in evaluating projects (complexity, scope of work, estimated cost)
• Ability to argue the value and ROI of the proposed solution
• Understanding and experience in applying product metrics
• Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office 365
• Proactivity, innovativeness, focus on results

In our team you will:

• Form the vision of the product and participate in the development of product strategy
• Lead backlog: prioritization, detailing, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with the development team: clarification of requirements, participation in planning, demo and acceptance of functionality
• Interact with stakeholders and analyze their business needs
• Collect, categorize and formalize requirements, including those outside the scope product
• Develop implementation concepts and system solutions
• Support stakeholder tasks from discovery to implementation
• Prepare and conduct demonstrations of solutions for customers
• Conduct market and competitor analysis (if needed)
