Product Manager in EvoPlay

Evoplay is more than just an IT company. We create revolutionary products in the field of Gaming, using advanced technologies and progressive approaches. Our project is a multifunctional platform for creating game portals with a wide selection of games and entertainment for users. Due to active growth, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to help us scale even faster

Responsibilities:

• Interaction with stakeholders for collection and analysis business requirements.
• Development of documentation: business requirements (BRD), functional specifications (FRD), technical tasks (TOR) for development teams.
• Management of requirements: control of changes, assessment of their impact, implementation support.
• Analysis of the usability of the platform and development of proposals for its improvement.
• Definition and documentation of key product and business metrics.
• Analysis the functionality of existing systems and the development of proposals for their optimization.
• Participation in testing, monitoring the compliance of the developed functionality with business requirements and TOR.
• Monitoring competitors, analyzing UX/UI solutions and proposing improvements.
• Interaction with development teams, designers, managers and other stakeholders.

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years (experience in Gaming or payment systems will be an advantage).
• Experience in describing business processes and developing operational procedures.
• Sure knowledge of BPMN, UML notations.
• Understanding the software development life cycle provision.
• Practical experience with project management methodologies.
• Skills in database analysis, system integration, API, understanding of network protocols.
• Experience in prototyping user interfaces (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Proficient in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to structure information.
• English at the Intermediate (B1) level and above.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in product companies, working with large back offices.
• Understanding key product metrics, experience in conversion analysis funnel.
• Experience in conducting user research and UX/UI optimization.
