Product manager in Kvadrasoft, TOV

Quadrosoft is an international IT company with more than 20 years of experience in the market, which specializes in the development of digital solutions for the pharmaceutical business, including CRM systems, analytical platforms and tools for optimizing processes in pharmaceutical companies.

We work in Ukraine, Asia and Europe and are now actively expanding our presence in new markets. Currently, we have a head office in Kyiv (Ukraine), regional offices in Tbilisi (Georgia) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan).

In connection with the development of new areas (CRM services, analytical platforms, SMM communications), we invite to the team a product manager who is ready to develop new products, improve existing ones and participate in the strategic growth of the company.

Our ideal candidate:
- Formation and implementation of brand promotion strategy.
- Ability to set TOR, develop the logic of new functions, features.
- Experience of interaction with technical teams, marketing, customers.
- High communication, presentation, analytical skills.
- Orientation on results and desire to see the effect of one's work.
- Analytical thinking, strategic approach.
- Great an advantage - experience in the pharmaceutical sector (especially in the role of a product manager).

Functional duties:
- Strategic management and development of CRM products and related services of the company.
- Preparation of presentations, informational and promotional materials.
- Development of product use cases to improve sales.
- Making proposals for improving UI/UX, functionality, interfaces products.
- Work with the marketing (SMM) team: coordination of launches, promotions, communications.
- Participation in the creation and implementation of product strategies.
- Study of the market, competitors and new trends for further implementation in our products.
- Preparation and participation in online and offline presentations, profile conferences.
- Constant communication with clients/partners, by the sales and development team, regarding service improvement.
