duties:

• Managing Product Development Process at all stages.
• Creating a Timeline and Control of Tasks.
• Conducting brainworms, market research together with marketing, trend analysis.
• Cooperation with adjacent departments (R&D, marketing, production, design, commercial and purchasers).
• Ensuring the consistency of targets between units.
• Preparing a technical task for new products. Briefings and interviews of teams and customers.
• Formulation of product requirements, packaging, functionality, positioning.
• Project Documentation and Transfer Requirements to Production.
• Budget evaluation for development and introduction (using the Finite Department).
• Organization of tastings, focus groups, pilot launches.
• Participation in the development of marketing launch plan.

Requirements:

• Work experience: from 3 years in similar positions.
• Working with Private Label will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of English at Documentation Level (preferably).
• Experience in the FMCG market or manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of project management and flexible project management methodologies.
• Experience and successful examples of projects.
• punctuality and systematic.
• Knowledge of market conditions.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience with business documentation.
