Products.

        Analysis of current trends in the game industry, understanding of the process of users.

2.         Adaptation of mechanics to the goals of promotion and characteristics of the target audience and a particular stock.

3.         Offers of ideas and solutions for developing applications based on market and behavioral users.

4.         Formation of a technical task in conjunction with the developers team (programmers, designers, testers).

5.         Product testing and sale - MVP development, developers and designers, decision testing.

6.         Participation in the development of user interface (UI/UX), quality control and coordination of key elements of the program.

7.         Ensuring timely provision of the necessary materials (graphs, content, specifications) and data to the developers.

8.         Preparation of the product for the export into the market - acceptance of participation in the creation of ideas and components of the product, planning of resource and timeline on the project, tracking all stages of starting the product, support in the sale and control of starting.  

9.         Product development - adding functionality based on feedback, constant product improvement, complaint minimization, optimization and product rating. Collection and analysis of user reviews, making adjustments to the supplement based on the received reviews

10.        Organization of program support during the stocks, prompt solution of technical problems.

11.        Conducting the tender and analysis of project proposals (cost, time, quality, technological solutions, reputation). 

12.       Support of contracts and pay for the project. Interactions with legal and financial departments.

13.       Preparing reports on the effectiveness of the actions conducted, participation in planning further inExcellence and product updates. Headquarters in Kyiv, Obolon.
