Product manager in Zavod Polimerdetal, TOV

Ukrainian company with a long history of success, Zavod Polimerdetal LLC is Ukraine's largest manufacturer of sanitary-technical goods and household goods made of plastic, which manufactures products under its own trademark SoloPlast. We are actively expanding our horizons and strive to improve our assortment policy, ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customer needs. That is why we are looking for a Product Manager who will become part of our team of professionals.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a product manager or category manager (from 2 years).
• Deep understanding of the principles of market analysis, assortment matrix management and pricing.
• Excellent analytical skills, confident mastery of Excel (summary tables, functions) and other analytical tools.
• Skills in organizing presentations and effective communication.
• Experience in monitoring competitors, analyzing financial indicators and managing stocks.
• Self-organization, responsibility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Your duties:

• Analysis of the market, customer needs and the main trends in order to form a development strategy products.
• Management of the assortment matrix: introduction of new items, assortment rotation, margin control.
• Participation in the development and testing of test samples/versions of products.
• Activity monitoring competitors, pricing and market conditions.
• Implementation of projects and measures aimed at optimizing the category (promotions, sales, marketing activities).
• Management warehouse stocks and their optimization.
• Analysis of financial indicators, assessment of sales performance.
• Organization of presentations for partners and sales specialists.
