Product Manager in Bisseti

Key Responsibilities: 
 

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development, aligning with business goals 

• Define product requirements, user stories, and prioritize features 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, etc.) 

• Drive product launches, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams 

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape 

• Monitor and report on product performance, iterating for continuous improvement 

• Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement 

• Mentor and guide junior product managers on the team 
   

Preferred Qualifications: 
 

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on hardware or hardware-software integration products, NPI experience would be a great plus 

• Strong understanding of product development life cycle, from concept to market 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

• Experience in managing complex products with multiple stakeholders
