Responsibilities:

• Market analysis, identification of promising niches and development of a strategy for launching new products.
• Managing the full product life cycle: from idea to application and scaling.
• Setting tasks for development, marketing and sales teams, monitoring their execution.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of products and decision-making regarding their further development or curtailment.
• Interaction with contractors and partners.
• Preparation of reports on key success indicators (KPI).

Requirements:

• Experience as a product manager from 2 years, preferably in the field of e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of product life cycle and project management skills.
• Ability to work with analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar tools).
• Skills in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking, result orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of launching products in international markets.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
• Experience with CPA, CPO or other e-commerce models.
