We develop, manufacture and sell electronic devices entirely by ourselves: we develop and assemble circuit boards, cases, make molds, and cast plastics , we create software from idea to delivery to the client. We have a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic board assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team, who will work with our commercial laser tag equipment, develop new prdesigns and improve current serial products.

Our ideal candidate:< /p>

• Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position or RM;
• Experience of successfully launching a product/strategy on an international market, improvement of existing products as evidenced by numbers;
• Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision and without the need for micromanagement;
• Fluency in English: minimum Upper Intermediate required;
• Strong leadership qualities and desire to develop within the company;
• High level of self-organization, strategic and structured thinking.
• It is desirable to have experience working with the military or military equipment.

What tasks await you:

• Conduct the process of regular marketing research and analysis;
• Creating and prioritizing, testing hypotheses for implementation new features and management backlog based on successful product management practices;
• Creation of road maps, development and implementation of projects and ensuring the availability of the necessary technical resources for their implementation;
• Interviewing about the product to determine goals and gathering feedback from our customers, turning all collected information into solutions;
• Do a documented impact assessment for each implemented change;
• All decisions must be based on numbers and have a well-structured and accessible story;
• Be a link between business and technical teams and work closely with marketing to properly highlight important updates;
• Create documentation for updates and new functions;
• Recruit and mentor additional team members as needed (business analyst, junior managers from products);
• Quickly respond to changes;
• Create, maintain and update product management processes.
