If you:

• You have a higher education in the field of marketing, finance or auditing

• Worked as a project manager or project manager and you understand well how digital marketing works and understand analytical tools

• Can see the whole picture, but remain attentive to details

• Creative, proactive and ready to take responsibility

• You confidently use office programs and know how to create clear and attractive presentations

What will be included in your functional duties:

• Market analysis: tracking trends, competitors and changes in user needs

• Selection of lecturers: defining criteria for selecting lecturers, evaluating candidates based on experience, education and teaching skills

• Planning and organization of content release to engage the audience at the right moment

• Content performance monitoring: engagement analysis, quality control and feedback collection

• Starting advertising campaignsto support new content to increase its reach and effectiveness

• Product Improvement, to make it more interesting and user-friendly

• Development of advertising strategies: Creation of course advertising scenarios, selection of promotion channels, budget allocation for marketing activities

• Reporting: Preparation of reports and presentations based on the results of analysis and completed tasks

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00. 2 days remote, 3 days in the office, but the first month is in the office so you can better integrate (las) to the team.
