Requirements:

• Experience in the field of marketing, brand management in the field of FMCG.
• Experience in introducing new products to the market.
• Owning marketing mix, branding and trade marketing tools.
• Owning metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Knowledge and understanding of the main economic indicators of product performance.
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of 1C, Power BI (preferred).
• Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to work with large volumes of data and conduct their analysis, initiative, organizational skills, creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the Brand development strategy.
• System analysis of the market, determination of trends and competitive environment.
• Work with the assortment (proposals for the introduction of new SKY, support and coordination of the stages of development and introduction of a new position to the market).

• Pricing (analysis of competitor price monitoring, formation of selling prices for various sales channels).
• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, analysis of their effectiveness.
• Work with marketing agencies, freelancers for the development of packaging design, advertising materials, marketing communications
• Preparation of presentation materials for the sales team and retail networks.
