Product Manager in Graintrack

We are looking for our first Product Manager in the company and hope that you will be it! If you like new challenges and continuous self-development, and you want to work with a complex but very interesting product, then apply for the position as soon as possible!

We are looking for you if you have:

-You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager;

-You have real experience in creating CRM/ERP systems;

-You are good at market research and analyzing customer needs;

-You have high communication skills and the ability to conduct negotiations and presentations;

-You have B2+ English language skills;

-You have excellent UI/UX design skills;

-Ability to develop concepts/ideas for new products and implement projects while meeting deadlines.

-Ability to work with large amounts of information;

-Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

Not necessary, but gonna be a plus:

Knowledge of the basics of grain trading and agribusiness;

What doyou need to do?

-Analysis of the current GT product (review of product functionality and features, -Identification of strengths and weaknesses, ideas for improvement);

-Collecting feedback from users and customers on product functionality;

-Developing a strategy for improving the basic GT product;

-Analyzing competitors' products;

-Responsibility for technical and product design of the product;

-Forming a backlog for the development department and setting priorities.

Technologies:

UI/UX design tools (Figma, UIkit)

SQL and relational databases
