The "Product manager" vacancy in our company is a key role, the purpose of which is the development of new directions in surgery, the launch of innovative technologies, modern equipment and strengthening the Company's position in the medical field.
p>We are looking for a responsible and pro-active person who will ensure effective interaction within his area of responsibility, initiate the improvement of existing business processes, ensure fruitful communication with our manufacturing partners to obtain quality and timely information and convey it to the team. p>
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education (project management, marketing, preferably - medical/pharmaceutical but not necessarily),
- Experience of working in a similar/analogous position from 2 years, experience of product development or service development - mandatory,
- Systematic, analytical abilities - experience in market analysis, industry development trends,
- English language level not lower than Upper-Intermediate,
- High level of mastery of Excel and other analytical tools.
Tasks:
- Formation of a promotion strategy for new brands, taking into account the goals and strategy of the Company and existing market trends,
- Supporting the launch and further support of the Company's new products,
- Ensuring a high level of training of the team of sales managers by building an effective system of theoretical and practical training,
- Building effective work and interaction with suppliers, preparation and development of all necessary materials (catalogs, instructions, technical files), control of certification terms, updating of educational material according to information,
- Methodical consultation of clients as part of the project team,
- Participation in conferences, exhibitions and seminars - as a participant, organizer, speaker,
- Marketing budget planning,
- Sales forecasting,
- Working with opinion leaders.
