Functional responsibilities:

• Project management and product management;
• Analyzing products and forming complex solutions for their promotion; 
• Development of a marketing plan for the release of new products to ensure the successful introduction and launch of the product within the established deadlines;
• Control over the range and pricing;
• Close cooperation with the marketing department for the development of new product packaging;
• Communication with other divisions of the company, managers, to achieve company goals;
• Development, implementation and regular training of product lines for employees of the sales department and partners.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in economics/marketing; >
• Work experience of 6 years or more in international manufacturing companies (production of building materials is an advantage);
• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in product/brand management;
• Knowledge and experience in project management; 
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
• Deep understanding and use of digital marketing tools will be an advantage;
• Passion for results, desire to learn and develop as part of marketing projects;
• Problem-solving orientation, good organizational skills, ability to pay attention to details;
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
