Product Lead/Senior Product Owner (SME Lending) in Raiffeisen Bank

Your future responsibilities:

• Manage the process of development of products for lending MSB from beginning to end
• Identify and communicate the vision, mission and product strategy
• management and collaboration with key stakeholders such as headquarters, risk management, sales, marketing and CRM departments for successful product delivery and compliance with business. Delivery of digital products that meet the needs of business banking clients
• to conduct market research and collect customer feedback to make product decisions
• Monitor and report on product productivity, providing recommendations based on improving products

your experience and skills:

• Experience in product development, especially in financial services
• deep understanding Teams
• Excellent communicative and leadership skills
• The ability to clearly formulate and perform vision and product strategy
• strong analytical and problematic-oriented abilities
• Knowledge of English (minimum b2) Regulatory environment
• Experience in the development of digital products
