Your Role:
- Product development and innovation: Defining the development strategy of cash loans, its implementation. Finding new opportunities for the development of consumer lending, creating products, implementing their sales and service processes that meet the needs of customers and the market.
- Analyzing and maintaining a high level of profitability of the product and the product portfolio during its life cycle. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the product and its sales processes and support.
- Visionary: Forming and conveying a clear vision of the product to all team members and stakeholders. Cooperation with business, marketing and technical teams, with the credit risk team to achieve the set goals.
- Prioritization: Setting priorities for functional development, taking into account market requirements, customer and bank needs.
- Leadership: Ensuring a high level of team effectiveness. Motivation and coordination of the work of two teams (business team and technical development team).
