Product Integration Manager

The project is a billing platform for making electronic payments using various methods with high throughput ability The tasks are, first of all, in the high availability of the service and the security of payment processing. Our platform is PCI DSS certified and developed using modern technologies.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Experience working with payments is a must. (billing, payment service provider, fintech, ecommerce, e-wallet.)
• Working with API payment solutions: Knowledge of how payment systems work through API.
• Integration processes: Understanding how to integrate different payment systems using APIs.
• English language: The level is not lower than Upper-Intermediate, for communication with foreign partners.
• Teamwork: Experience working with Quality Assurance and Development teams.
• Working with documentation: Ability to create technical documents and instructions based on the information provided.

Tools: Experience with Postman, Jira, Swagger, Kibana, Figma.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of API documentation: Study of technical documentation of partners.
• Payment flow study: Verification of compliance of payment processes with the requirements and expectations of merchants.
• Description of technical requirements: Creation of technical tasks for the development team based on the requirements of the merchants.
• Study of payment solutions: Study of the operation of payment systems in different countries and on different continents.
• Requirements gathering and optimization: Gathering information and writing tasks to improve integrations and optimize their performance.
• Reproducing payment processes: Using technical documentation to reproduce and analyze payment processes to ensure they meet merchant requirements.
