Product Implementation Analyst (Deployment and Support) in ELEKS

ELEKS company is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst (Deployment and Support)  to the product Doctor ELEKS in Ukraine.

About the product

Dr. Eleks is a medical information system that helps provide improved support to its patients by automating and optimizing complex operational processes and methods of managing the patient's clinical data.

The main goal of the product is to increase the quality and value of the provision of medical services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding the operation of relational databases
• Basic skills of working with DBMS MS SQL Server
• Basic skills of working with SQL Server Management Studio (users/accesses)
• T-sql code writing skills:
  – understanding the use of database objects
  – understanding the logic of work and building a query to the database
  – understanding the construction of procedure rows/ view
  - working with data (selection, updating, deletion, filtering, sorting)
• Understanding database processes – backup/restore/Shrink
• Basic skills of working with OS Windows Server and OS Windows

OTHER USEFUL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of computer engineering, or completed IT courses
• Ability to see the big picture, correctly plan the approach to work
• Ability work independently and self-organized
• Ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet customer needs
• Planning, organization and time management skills
• Goal orientation

DUTIES

• Implementation of customization and customer support of the "Doctor Eleks" product (direct work with the client, analysis of the client's business process, deployment of the "Doctor Eleks" MIS product, adjustment of the MIS functionality to the needs and processes of the client)
• Support of existing client MIS installations (execution of client tasks, customer support in chats, MIS updates)
• Filling of the MIS database for the client (document templates (in the template designer), reporting, and other data required for the operation of MIS)
• Testing of MIS before releases (Test plan and test cases of MIS functionality)
• Writing/maintenance of existing t-sql code (procedures for reports or custom processes, views, samples, etc.)
• Active workwith a database (MS SQL Server) – all database objects, jobs, etc li>
• Training of clients to work with MIS (online/offline)
• Possible business trips to the client (start of the client's work with MIS, at the client's facility)
