Product Implementation Analyst in Doctor Eleks

Doctor Eleks is a Ukrainian medical information system that helps automate the work of clinics, doctors and patients throughout the country. We create technological solutions that make medicine more efficient, transparent and closer to people.
We are looking for a Product Implementation Analyst to join our team.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Professional education in the field of IT or related areas;
• Experience of 3 years or more in IT or related positions;
• Understanding of database construction and principles of relational databases;
• Experience of working with MS SQL;
• Confident use of Excel;
• Skills for working with analytics;
• Basic knowledge of product testing;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to find solutions according to customer needs;
• Logical, consistent thinking;
• Eagerness to learn and self-development;
• Attention to detail;
• Sound business communication skills;
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with MIS Doctor Eleks;
• Medical education.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting system deployment, basic settings and data import for filling the customer database;
• Supporting existing customer installations (development of reports, document templates, settings);
• Writing procedures, views and functions in the customer database for implementing custom processes;
• Primary optimization of requests in procedures;
• Manipulation of data in the database;
• Setting technical tasks for developers and monitoring their implementation;
• Testing of the implemented functionality;
• Communication with customers;
• Testing the system before releases;
• Participation in the audit of institutions regarding work with the system.
