We are looking for a product manager for the team which will be responsible for the direction of customer interaction with the product.

• Experience work as a product manager, business analyst
• Ability to quickly understand new analytical tools
• Ability to analyze data, find insights in it
• Ability to create presentations, explain complex products and concepts in plain language
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Permanent residence in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Development of a comprehensive approach to communicating the technical capabilities of the product to customers: offline trainings, online materials, educational materials embedded in the product
• Preparation of materials and conducting trainings on the use of the product for customers ( analysts of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies, security services)
• Analysis of customer needs in the use of analytical tools, collection of feedback on the product, generation of ideas for new functionality
• Analysis of internal product metrics, appropriate adaptation of training materials built into the product
• Communication with clients on technical issues
