Product Director in ADAMELL Sp. z o.o.

Adamell is a leading brand in the field of personalized gifts. We help customers create unique moments thanks to innovative products and services. We are currently seeking a Director of Product to take the lead in product development and scaling the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

o  Develop product strategy accordingly to the company's mission and market trends.

o  Creating and implementing an annual product development plan with clear KPIs.

o  Conducting market research to identify customer needs and new opportunities.

p>o  Organization of the full new product launch cycle: from idea to market entry.

o  Launching at least 2 new products per month with clear resource planning.

o  Coordinating with design, marketing, production departments to ensure quality and timely release.

o  Analysis of the existing product portfolio to optimize the assortment.

o  Formation of a pricing strategy taking into account cost, demand and brand positioning.

o  Building and developing an effective product team.

o  Conducting weekly meetings to monitor tasks, analyze results and plan next steps.

o  Implementation of tools to increase the productivity of the team.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in the position of Product Director / Head of Product from 3 years.

• Ability to analyze the market, competitors and customer needs.

• Experience in managing product teams (designers, developers, analysts).

•  Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.

•  High communication skills to work with teams and stakeholders.

•  Creativity, result orientation and strategic thinking.
