Director of Product Development "Charging Stations"

In one of the companies of the Intecracy Group consortium (TOP- 50 IT companies of Ukraine) invite for cooperation Director of product development ( battery-based charging stations) with knowledge of the English language.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and product development: Development and implementation of charging station development strategy. Determination of priorities in the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones.
• Management of charging station development from concept to market launch. Control over compliance with project deadlines and budgets.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify needs and trends. Implementation of innovative solutions to increase product competitiveness.
• Close interaction with marketing, sales, production and technical support departments. Coordinate with engineering team to ensure technical requirements and standards are met.
• Financial planning: Development and control over budget execution. Cost optimization and product profitability improvement.

What we expect from the candidate:

1. Education and experience:

o Higher education in engineering, electronics, business or related fields.

o Experience in management positions in the field of development, product development, mainly in the field of charging stations or energy systems.

2. Knowledge and skills:

o Proficiency in English - at the level upper - intermediate < /b> or higher;

o Knowledge of charging station technologies and market trends will be an advantage.

o Experience in strategic planning and project management.

o Successful experience in organizing sales of own and third-party products.

o Ability to analyze the market and competitors.

o Excellent communication and leadership skills.
