We're creating a team of people who are committed to excellence and share our vision and dedication to our craft.ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe envision you as a member of our team who has a sufficient background in UI/UX and wants to take a step further, so is seeking to:Continue to improve in UI/UX design.Expand one’s expertise beyond designing interfaces, take a leading design role, and start developing products as a whole – apart from UI/UX design, be involved in UX research, branding, business strategy, and product marketing.RESPONSIBILITIESJoin our design team to work on the internal project (SaaS product).Take on UI/UX design of web and mobile applications: from user flows to prototypes.Design websites.Create mood boards and concepts, select colors & typography, and present overall visual direction and design approach for websites and applications.Incorporate business logic into the designs.Shape the product requirements with your expertise and design process.Perform user testing sessions.Participate in meetings with the clients and users.Follow the design guidelines, best practices, and try new approaches when that makes sense.Prepare design documentation for the development team.Collaborate closely with the development team and supervise the design implementation.Create and maintain design systems.Occasionally, design presentations and investment decks.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE3+ years of practical experience in UI/UX design.Solid visual design skills: composition, typography, colors, information architecture.Ability to draw icons, diagrams, and simple illustrations; use AI, photography, videos, and other graphic assets.Knowledge of Figma and utilizing any other tool needed to get the job done.English: Upper Intermediate+ (you should be able to communicate clearly with the team and clients).Ability and wish to deliver the best result possible.Precision and accuracy.UI animation experience or general understanding of it.
