Your tasks will be: Designing interfaces and user experience of digital platforms of Relatio company, namely Mobile application (iOS/Android/WEB), marketing funnels, corporate website. Analysis of concepts on the market, among competitors. Creation of UI concepts of new functionality. Prototyping and animation of usage scenarios. digital platformsGeneration of ideas and testing of hypotheses to improve the productDevelopment and support of the design system, control of its compliance by the development team and control of design consistency on all platformsMonitoring of product metrics and conducting usability testingWhat is required to Join UsExperience in working with mobile and web interfaces 3+ years Confident mastery of Figma, including features such as Components, Autolayouts, Design Tokens, and other tools that simplify work with design. Strong knowledge of visual design: typography, color theory, grid systems, creation of icons and graphic elements. Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design. Knowledge and experience in the practical application of approaches to of design, such as Design Thinking, Lean UXBasic UX Copywriting skills to create texts that support the logic of user scenariosProficiency in English at the B2+. Knowledge of trends in the field of digital design, new approaches to creating interfaces and interactive experience. It will be a plus: Skills in working with low-code platforms such as Webflow, Framer or similar. Use of tools for creating interactive prototypes (Rive, ProtoPie, Principle , Figma Prototypes).Graphic design skills, including using AI tools (midjourney, etc.) Experience in developing design systems from scratch and their integration into large-scale projects. Understanding of the basics of Sound Design work in interfaces, especially for mobile applications.
