At AMO Apps we are currently looking for a Product Designer to develop our mobile health&fitness apps - Unimeal (healthy meal plans), MadMuscles (personal workout systems for men) and Harna (training plans to a female audience).

This job is for you if you want to:

• Influence the product in real time with your decisions;
• Have access to analytics and test in practice all the insights you will get from metrics and research;
• Cooperate in close communication with Product Manager, technical team.

Our Product Design Team:

• Communicates a lot with users, and knows their pain points and needs;

• Do not be afraid to take and implement bold decisions.

What you will achieve in this position:

• Improve products by turning user feedback, analytics and business goals into successful solution design;
• You will conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to better understand our users;
• You will generate and validate product hypotheses;
• You will work on design solutions - from idea to user feedback.

For this you will need:

• Product Designer experience of 2 years or more;
• Professional knowledge of Figma;
• Design development experience for native mobile applications (IOS and Android);
• Ability to work with a design system;
• English: B2.

Your manager will be Daryna, who started her career in the company almost a year ago as a Product Designer and is now the Team Lead of the design team. In the first two weeks of working at AMO, Daryna conducted a UX audit of two applications, which ended with a successful redesign of one of them. To join the team, Darina is looking for a designer who is not limited to working at Figma, but understands and is interested in analytics, marketing, development and other aspects of the product. She believes that an effective decision in design is based on research and metrics, and wants to find a teammate who understands the importance of UX research in the work process. Maybe it's you?
