We're currently looking for an ambitious product designer to work on our iOS and Android mobile app. You will gain experience in the development of a high-tech product in a highly competitive niche, access to corporate training and powerful product expertise within the Genesis ecosystem. Your tasks will be: Developing the design of a mobile application on iOS and Android platforms; Generating and testing hypotheses to improve UX and key product metrics; Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to improve the product; Support and improve the design system; Close interaction with the product, design team and developers. What we expect from you: 2+ years of work experience; Experience with mobile applications; Excellent visual skills and UX design; Experience with Figma, ability to work with components; Attention to details and focus on product quality; Willingness to take responsibility, understand the goals of teams and companies and defend your opinion; Independence, ability to create turnkey design solutions.
