You will work on various projects, enhancing internal products and creating compelling designs for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Create UX/UI designs for client projects and internal initiatives, including wireframes, prototypes, and visuals. • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions. • Develop design assets and content for brand enhancement, including marketing materials and social media visuals. • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and marketing to ensure designs meet business objectives. • Analyze user feedback and testing results to iterate and improve design solutions. • Support high-quality design and research solutions for various client projects. Qualifications: • 3+ years in product design, UX/UI, or customer research with a strong portfolio. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch. • Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis. • Ability to manage multiple projects and switch between tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly. • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
